Our mission is simple... To help guide each patient through their health journey and goals, whether it includes pain management or elimination, improved mobility and function, or an overall improved quality of life. We believe in the importance of individualized, one-on-one therapy sessions. We aim to both treat and educate our patients, to encourage and empower our patients to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life through the power of movement and natural pain management.
Dr. Ashley Bertorelli has been a Physical Therapist for 13 years, graduating from Utica College in 2006 with her Bachelors in Health Studies and earning the
title of Undergraduate Valedictorian, then later graduating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008. She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, outpatient cardiopulmonary, hospital acute care, and subacute rehabilitation. She opened The Green Room PT in 2017 after growing frustrated with the current healthcare landscape and lack of one-on-one, individualized options for physical therapy patients in the area. Dr. Ashley has received additional training in Mulligan Mobilizations, Pelvic Floor PT, Myofascial Release, Spinal Manipulation (spinal "adjustments"), cupping, Graston technique, and Total Motion Release, among other techniques. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family including husband and two high-energy boys, working out, running, snowboarding, doing work in the yard, and playing drums, especially jazz and rock.

Dr. Irene Somerville
Dr. Irene Somerville received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 at The Sage Colleges right here in Troy and went to SUNY Oneonta for her
Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology. Irene has received continuing education in treating Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, blood flow restriction (BFR) technique using Rock flossing and taping, and McKenzie method (MDT) for treating low back pain. Irene has experience working in a rehabilitation hospital treating patients with neurological, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and post-operative conditions. She loves having a job that provides her the ability to treat a variety of conditions from pelvic floor physical therapy to recovery after a stroke to helping athletes excel in sports. Irene enjoys running, hiking, cross country skiing, kayaking, and basically anything that allows her to be active outdoors.
Debbie is a Physical Therapist Assistant with over 32 years of experience! After graduating from Maria College in 1987 with AAS in Physical Therapy, Debbie began her career
in a long term care/rehab facility for 6 years. As her family grew and changed, so did her career, for the next 26 years she worked in an outpatient clinic focusing on 1:1 patient contact, and manual techniques. Her very diverse work experience includes Orthopedic, Pediatric, Geriatric, Soft Tissue Work, and Neuro. She has attended many Continuing Education courses over the years. Debbie has been married for 15 years. She and her husband have 4 grown children, and 2 grandsons! Her favorite thing to do is ANYTHING with her family and friends. In the Spring, Summer, and Fall you will see her and her husband out on their bicycles!

Dr. Stephanie graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical College after receiving a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and Minor
in Leadership Studies from the University of Rhode Island. She also has an additional certification in LSVT BIG (training in an intensive treatment program for people with Parkinson’s disease with application to other neurological conditions). In her free time, she loves to hike, volunteer with Rock Steady Boxing, and spend time with family, friends, and her dog. She is currently training for a half- marathon and working towards being a 46er.
Dr. Carleigh Rosenberg, PT, DPT received her Bachelor's Degree from Ithaca College and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University. Dr. Carleigh enjoys being
active, running, and hanging out with dogs, and is training for her first Triathlon. Dr. Carleigh has additional training and Certifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), a movement assessment approach designed to help to better assess, prevent and correct musculoskeletal dysfunction in patients.
